Product Description
Utilizing pressure swing adsorption technology with zeolite molecular sieve as the adsorbent, this system achieves nitrogen-oxygen separation. The molecular sieve selectively adsorbs nitrogen while oxygen enriches in the gas phase. The system employs a dual-tower process where one tower adsorbs oxygen while the other regenerates under negative pressure. PLC-controlled pneumatic valves alternate between towers for continuous, high-quality oxygen production.

Installation Solution
The complete system includes screw type air compressor, nitrogen booster, air buffer tank, refrigerated dryer, filtration equipment, nitrogen buffer tank, nitrogen generator, nitrogen regulator, and filling manifold.
Step 1: Connect A&B from air compressor flange to refrigerated dryer flange using black DN50 high pressure tube
Step 2: Connect C&D from nitrogen generator to nitrogen booster using black DN50 high pressure tube
Step 3: Connect F from nitrogen booster to filling manifold using black DN50 high pressure tube
Step 4: Connect filling manifold to nitrogen cylinders
Installation Notes
  • Ensure all connections between equipment are properly sealed
  • Tighten all gaskets and screws securely
  • Prevent any air leakage during operation
Packing & Delivery
Equipment is packed with wooden cases, anti-collision foam blocks, and stretch film according to export standards. Two sets can be delivered in 20ft or 40ft containers. Boosters and fittings are packed in wooden cases with exterior signage and anti-collision protection. Fragile components like gauges, flowmeters, and controllers receive special protective packaging.
