The vacuum pressure swing adsorption (VPSA) oxygen production device operates at normal temperature conditions, utilizing molecular sieve technology to selectively adsorb nitrogen from air. By reducing pressure in the adsorption tower to desorb nitrogen from the molecular sieve, the system achieves continuous adsorption-desorption cycle operation, producing oxygen with purity levels of 80%-95% or higher.

Operation Process
1. Filtered air is transported by the blower into adsorption towers (A or B) equipped with molecular sieve and activated alumina. As air flows through the molecular sieve fixed bed, nitrogen molecules are adsorbed while oxygen molecules and argon atoms pass through to the buffer tank for end use.
2. When molecular sieve particles reach adsorption saturation with nitrogen, the air inlet valve closes. Oxygen-rich air from the tower is used to purge the other tower being evacuated. After pressure drops to a specified value, the vacuum pump activates to discharge nitrogen.
3. Following vacuum processing, the system uses oxygen-rich gas from the other tower and buffer tank to completely regenerate the molecular sieve. After regeneration, the tower is pressurized with product gas in preparation for the next adsorption cycle.
